摘要 抗核糖体P蛋白（ribosomal P protein,RPP）抗体是抗核抗体的一种,由核糖体60 S亚单位的3种蛋白组成,为P0[相对分子质量（Mr）38 000]、P1（Mr19 000）、P2（Mr17 000）,为系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematousus,SLE）的特异性自身抗体之一,在其他疾病及正常人群中则少见,
