CD40/CD40L系统对B淋巴细胞的作用研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 B细胞的CD40/CD40配体(CD40/CD40L)系统在机体体液免疫中发挥重要作用,主要是通过影响B细胞的存活、增殖、分化、免疫球蛋白类别转换等B细胞的功能,进而影响体液免疫的平衡。B细胞CD40信号的活化能加强B细胞存活并促进B细胞增殖,CD40/CD40L系统亦能影响B细胞向浆细胞分化,CD40L缺陷导致的CD40/CD40L系统异常,使B细胞不能发生正常的免疫球蛋白类别转换而积累大量Ig M。本文总结了CD40/CD40L系统对B细胞功能的影响。
