色氨酸2,3-双加氧酶2的生物学特性及其在免疫调节与肿瘤治疗中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 色氨酸经犬尿酸代谢途径分解为一系列具有生物活性的物质,其限速步骤为吲哚环的裂解,三种酶可以参与此反应:色氨酸2,3-双加氧酶(TDO)、吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶1(IDO1)、IDO2。IDO2是与经典免疫负调控因子IDO1相似的一种蛋白,其基因与IDO1呈头尾串联形式位于同一染色体内,虽然它能分解色氨酸,其酶解效率却明显低于IDO1,并且它的生物学功能还不是非常明了,它不但存在于机体的免疫系统如树突状细胞中,而且存在于多种肿瘤细胞中,与机体免疫及肿瘤密切相关。本文综述了IDO2的基本情况及其与免疫、肿瘤的关系。
