人格特征及社会支持关系对2型糖尿病患者抑郁症状的影响

Relationship between Depression and Personality Characteristics and Social Support of Type 2 Diabetic

目的评价抑郁状态在2型糖尿病患者中的流行状况,了解人格特征、社会支持与抑郁症状之间的关系,为2型糖尿痛心理干预治疗提供依据。方法 2型糖尿病患者82例,分别采用Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)、艾森克人格量表(EPQ-RSC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS),对2型糖尿病患者的抑郁症状、人格特征、社会支持进行评定。结果 2型糖尿病患者抑郁症状的患病率为65.19%,抑郁组人格特征中E,N维度评分显著高于非抑郁组(P<0.05),抑郁组社会支持中的客观支持显著高于非抑郁组(P<0.05);抑郁状态与人格特征中的内向性格及不稳定情绪,社会支持中的客观支持及总的社会支持存在相关性,其中不稳定情绪与抑郁程度的相关性最显著。结论 2型糖尿病患者抑郁状态患病率较正常人群高,抑郁状态与人格特征和社会支持存在相关性,神经质和客观支持是2型糖尿病患者伴发抑郁症状的重要原因。

Objective To access the prevalent status of depression of type 2 diabetes and analyze the rela-tions between depressive symptoms and personality characteristics and social support .Methods The Self-Rating Depres-sion Scale（SDS）,the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Scale （EPQ） and the Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） were adopted to evaluate the depres-sion symptoms ,personality characteristics and social support .Results The rate of depres-sion in T2 DM patients was 69 .51%.Compared with non-depression ,the scores of dimension E and N of EPQ-RSC and the scores of objective support of depression patients were significantly higher （P〈0.05）.Depression was significantly related to introversion , e-motionality , objective social support and general social support , among them , emotionality was most correlated to depression .Conclusion The rate of depression of T2DM is higher than that in normal .Nervosity and objective social support are the important influencing factors in T 2DM accompanied with depression .
