血栓调节蛋白的研究进展

血栓调节蛋白(thrombomodulin,TM)主要表达于血管内皮细胞。血管内皮细胞受损后引起TM的异常表达并释放入血。因此TM被认为是内皮细胞损伤的一种标志物,并与许多疾病的发生、发展有着密切关系。本文对近年来有关TM的研究按照抗炎作用、维持上皮细胞形态、改善血液系统疾病、改善移植及抗肿瘤等方面进行综述。这些研究提示TM不仅对多种疾病有诊断、预后意义,也可能成为这些疾病重要的治疗靶点或治疗药物,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

Thrombomodulin （TM） is expressed mainly in vascular endothelium. The injury on endo- thelium causes the abnormal expression of TM and secretion of TM into blood. Therefore, TM is accept- ed as the marker for endothelial injury and associat- ed with the initiation and developments of many kinds of disease. The present review summarized the recent advances of TM on anti-inflammation, main- taining epithelial morphology, improving hematopa-thy and transplantation, and anti-tumor effects. These findings suggest that TM not only possess di- agnostic and prognostic significance, but also be- come the important therapeutic target or agent for many kinds of diseases.
