摘要
可卡因曾经作为局部麻醉药在临床使用,但目前已成为全球广泛使用的毒品[1]。可卡因是最常引起心血管疾病的毒品,除急性心肌梗死、心肌病、心律失常、主动脉夹层、猝死外,还可导致高血压[2-3]。血压的增高在上述心血管病的发生和发展中起重要作用。
