摘要
目的探讨食管鳞癌组织中共刺激分子B7-H3和肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophage,TAM)标志CD68表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测2006-01-02-2006-12-10河北医科大学第四医院70例食管鳞癌组织及对应癌旁组织中B7-H3和CD68的表达。分析食管鳞癌组织中B7-H3和CD68表达与临床病理特征之间的关系,以及两者之间的相关性。结果食管鳞癌组织中B7-H3阳性表达率为98.6%(69/70),明显高于对应癌旁组织的7.1%(5/70),差异有统计学意义,χ2=117.41,P<0.001;TAM标志CD68阳性表达率为91.4%(64/70),明显高于癌旁组织的18.6%(13/70),差异有统计学意义,χ2=75.07,P<0.001。B7-H3表达与患者肿瘤浸润深度显著相关,P=0.012;CD68表达与患者肿瘤浸润深度显著相关,P=0.039。食管鳞癌组织中B7-H3和CD68表达呈正相关,r=0.300,P<0.05。结论 B7-H3和TAM标志CD68在食管鳞癌组织中均呈过表达,且两者的过表达可能在食管鳞癌发生、发展中起重要作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of the costimulatory molecule B7-H3 and CD68in ESCC tissues and its clinical significance.METHODS The expression of B7-H3 and CD68in 70 surgically resected specimens and corresponding adjacent tissues of ESCC were evaluated by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between B7-H3,CD68 expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.RESULTS The expression of B7-H3 was higher in ESCC[98.6%(69/70)]than that in adjacent tissues[7.1%(5/70),χ^2=117.41,P〈0.001].The expression of CD68 was higher in ESCC [91.4%(64/70)]than that in adjacent tissues[18.6%(13/70),χ^2=75.07,P〈0.001].There was significant correlation between the expression of B7-H3 with tumor invasion depth in patients with ESCC(P〈0.05).Moreover,the expression of CD68 was correlated with tumor invasion depth(P〈0.05).Meanwhile,positive correlation was found among the expression of B7-H3 and CD68in ESCC(r=0.300,P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The expressions of B7-H3 and CD68are overexpressed in ESCC and may play an important role in the occurrence and development of ESCC.
