生物学方法在艾滋病抗病毒治疗服药依从性评估中的应用
摘要
高效抗逆转录病毒疗法( highly active antiretroviral thera-py, HAART)由多种抗病毒药物共同组成,目前国内治疗HIV-1感染者的标准治疗方案为2种核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂( nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, NRTIs)配合1种非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂( non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, NNRTIs)或蛋白酶类抑制剂( protease inhibitors, PIs)[1]。高效抗逆转录病毒疗法降低了HIV-1感染者的发病率和死亡率[2-3]。
