复方苦参酊剂对豚鼠皮肤过敏性试验研究

Experimental Study on the Allergic Test of the Compound Kushen Tincture to Guinea Pig′s Skin

目的观察复方苦参酊剂对豚鼠皮肤有无过敏性反应,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法在各组豚鼠首次用药后,于第7天和第14天再次用药进行攻击,于第28天进行激发接触,对所出现过敏状况评分。结果复方苦参酊剂对豚鼠过敏试验呈阴性,均未见异常改变。结论复方苦参酊剂对豚鼠皮肤无过敏性反应,该药是一种安全性较好的外用制剂。

Objective To evalluate the alergic reaction of the compound Kushen tincture to guinea pig＇ s skin,which might provide safety guidance for its clinical use.Methods The tested medicine was spread on the skins that hairs were cut off in the back of guinea pigs.The allergy reactions of guinea pigs were observed by sensitizing and challenge contact and the grade was estimated.Results The results indicated that this tincture did not cause skin and whole body allergy reaction by many times sensitization,and the allergic test result was negative.Conclusion The tincture has no allergy reaction to guinea pig＇s skin and the results suggest that this tincture is relatively safty in clinical application.
