紫铜消白酊联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床研究

Clinical Investigation of Vitiligo Treatment with the Combination of Zitong Xiaobai Tincture and 308 nm Excimer Laser

目的紫铜消白酊联合308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性,为白癜风的治疗提供安全有效的治疗方法。方法将120例白癜风患者随机分为4组,每组30例。治疗组紫铜消白酊联合308 nm准分子激光治疗;对照Ⅰ组只使用复方卡力孜然酊;对照Ⅱ组只使用紫铜消白酊;对照Ⅲ组只使用308 nm准分子激光治疗。复方卡力孜然酊和紫铜消白酊3次/d,激光治疗每周1次,共治疗16周。分别在治疗8周后和16周后通过皮损面积进行疗效分析,并在治疗结束进行不良反应的分析。结果在治疗8周后,联合治疗组与对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组疗效差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照Ⅲ组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);16周时治疗组与所有对照组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率与各对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗8周后,联合疗法疗效并不优于单纯激光治疗,但优于单纯药物治疗的方法 ;治疗16周后,联合疗法治疗白癜风比两者单独应用以及复方卡力孜然酊效果更好;安全性有保障,值得临床推广。

Objective To verify the treatment efficacy and safety of vitiligo with the combination of Zitong Xiaobai tincture and 308 nm excimer laser and develop a safe and effective treatment method for vitiligo.Methods 120 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into four groups,with 30 individuals in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with the combination of Zitong Xiaobai tincture and 308 nm excimer laser.In the first control group,the patients were treated with the compound Kaliziran tincture only,whereas,only Zitong Xiaobai tincture was used in the second control group and only 308 nm excimer laser for the third control group.Zitong Xiaobai tincture and compound Kali ziran tincture were used three times a day,with laser twice a week and both therapies last for 16 weeks.After eight weeks and 16 weeks,the treatment efficacy was analyzed respectively based on skin lesion area.At the end of treatment,adverse reactions were also analyzed.Results After eight weeks＇ treatment,the differences of treatment efficacy between the combined treatment group and the first two control groups were not significant （P＞0.05）.However,the difference of treatment efficacy between the combined treatment group and the third control group was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.After 16 weeks,the differences of treatment efficacy between the combined treatment group and all control groups had statistical significance （P＜0.05）.The differences of adverse reactions between the combined treatment group and all control groups were not significant in statistics （P＞0.05）.Conclusion After eight weeks＇ treatment,the treatment efficacy of combined therapy is not superior to that of the laser treatment alone.After 16 weeks,however,the combined therapy is better than that of their application alone and compound Kali ziran tincture in the treatment of vitiligo,and also the treatment safety is guaranteed.Therefore,the treatment method proposed in this paper is worthy of popularizing and applying clinically.
