摘要
财政能力对社会性公共服务供给有两条影响路径:一是财政收入规模与结构,二是财政体制安排情况。本文利用贵州省民族地区县级46个样本2007-2013年的面板数据对二者之间的关系进行实证检验,并依据研究结论提出相应政策建议。
There are two paths of the influence of fiscal capacity to social public service： one is the fiscal revenue scale and structure, the other is financial system arrangement; And further econometric model is established by 46 samples of panel data of fiscal capacity and social public service supply from 2007 to 2013, to explore the rehtionship between the two. Based on the conclusion, this paper put forward the corresponding policy proposals.
