摘要
企业是社会的产物,是社会公共机构。企业在追求经济利益的同时必须体现企业在整个社会方面的价值,不但要完成企业本身的责任,服从法律规定及社会伦理,还要借助企业资源对社会其他方面有所改善。根据责任主体不同,民族企业的社会责任在民族方面的内涵主要是指企业对民族民众、民族生态、民族社区、民族社会等主体的责任,由近到远,就企业与以上主体的利益关系和责任内涵进行了层层分解,阐明了民族企业的民族责任所在。
