Application of the Law and the Bilingual Legal Education in Tibetan and Chinese

汉藏双语法学教育在我国法学教育中独具特色,是探索民族法学教育和培养民族法律应用型人才的有益尝试。本文从藏族法律人才的应用性个性特征出发,在藏汉双语法学教育体系的指引下,以藏区地方司法实践为背景,阐述藏族法律应用型人才培养的价值、目标、模式和方法。

Tibetan and Chinese bilingual legal education is unique in legal education in our country. It is a useful attempt of exploring national legal education and training of applied law talents. This paper will discourse the application characteristics of national legal talents, under the guidance of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual legal education. And in the background of the local judicial practice, it will discuss on the values, targets, models, and methods of Tibetan talents in law applied training.
