摘要
天然药物(-)-石杉碱甲被证明可以有效地抑制胆碱酯酶,可以用于治疗阿尔茨海默病(老年痴呆症)。由于天然的(-)-石杉碱甲含量较少,所以(-)-石杉碱甲的人工全合成研究成为了近二十几年来有机合成研究的热点。综述了关于天然产物分子(-)-石杉碱甲核心骨架近二十几年来的研究进展,介绍了各类反应的特点,为这一领域做了较为详细的归纳总结。
Natural (-)-huperzine A has been found to be an effective inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE)and can be applied in the treatment of Alzheimers disease (AD).The pharmaceutical prospects and lack in natural resource have made the total synthesis of huperzine A an extremely attractive topic in the past decades.In this paper,the progress in the synthesis of the core carbonlectone of huperzine A is reviewed and various types of reactions are summarized in this area.
