摘要
新形势下工会工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。维护职工权益,带领职工群众积极投身社会主义建设事业,工会工作必须要深入人心。在组织中,个体和群体行为的发生和发展有其内在规律。如何利用人的心理规律,创新工会的工作方法,是当前工会工作创新亟待解决的难题。因此,要深入分析工会履行职能心理因素发生作用的内在机制,提出一些切合工会工作实际的心理策略与方法,提高职工群众工作积极性,促进社会和谐发展。
Under the new situations, trade union work is confronted with new challenges and opportunities. Trade unions should protect labor rights and interests, lead workers and staff into socialist construction actively. How to pursuing work method innovation using the psychological laws, it is a problem needing solved. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze psychological factors in fulfilling trade union' s function, to put forwards practical psychological strategies and methods and, to improve the enthusiasm of workers and staff, so as to building up a harmonious society.
