高校工会谋求新时期职工“大福利”探微

On University Labor Union with the Purpose of Seeking “Big- welfare” for Staff in the New Period

高校福利工作主要为高校职工提供在物质和精神层面的利益照顾,对于实现职工体面劳动、调动教职工积极性、建设和谐校园意义重大。文章从理解"大福利"的涵义这个逻辑起点出发,在深入辨析"大福利"与"八项规定"、"六条禁令"的辩证关系的基础上把握大福利的主旨,并以深入践行社会主义核心价值观为诉求,从树立大福利之理念、搭建大福利之平台、谋求大福利之实践等视角出发,对高校工会做好新时期职工福利工作做一些思考与探索。

The main task of university welfare work is to provide material and spiritual benefits for the staffs, which is of great importance in promoting their decent work, simulating work enthusiasm and constructing harmonious university campus. With understanding of the logic meaning of ＂Big- welfare＂ as the start point and implementation of ＂Core Socialist VaXues＂ as basic appeal and based on analysis of the dialectical relationship between ＂Big -welfare＂, ＂Eight -point rules＂ and ＂Six bans＂ enacted by the Central Party Committee, the welfare work for university staffs in the new period, form establishment of the concept and the plat- form for ＂Big - welfare＂ to carrying out of practical measures, was preliminarily pondered over and explored in this article.
