摘要
中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版进程已然启动,作为世界经济最活跃的地区之一,东盟不少国家与我国的劳务合作领域在不断扩大,各种劳动纠纷亦不可避免。了解、综合分析东盟各国劳资争议处理法律制度诸如劳资争议处理机制的内容、处理程序、机构、处理方式等意义重大,有利于我国劳动法律制度的完善,也有利于推进未来10年中国—东盟合作框架的落成。
CAFTA upgrade process has been started. As one of the most active area of global economics, many countries of ASEAN have set up labor market with China, and the labor dispute began to appear inevitably. It is very important to analyze the current system for handling labor dispute of his area, such as the processing system' s contents, the proceedings, the departments and the ways. This is helpful to the improvement of the system of labor law and in the next decade will make for the completion of the CAFTA cooperation framework.
