摘要
中国上市公司职工薪酬在过去10年里有了大幅增长,但由于上市公司的地区、行业和所有制性质等因素导致的职工平均薪酬差距问题一直存在。通过梳理中国上市公司10年来地区、行业和所有制性质等公司特征数据与职工平均薪酬数据的关系,可以发现不同因素对上市公司职工平均薪酬差距产生何种程度的影响。同时利用趋势研究合理评价当前引起平均薪酬差距的主要原因,将为进一步提高上市公司职工平均薪酬水平,减小职工平均薪酬差距提供更加具有针对性的线索。
The salary of China' s listing corporations staff has increased dramatically in the past ten years, the average pay gap of workers because of region, industry and ownership is still persists. Based on the data of China' s listing corporations, the influen- cing factors on average pay gap of listing corporation workers and staff could be found. And we will be able to further improve the listing corporation staff average salary level and reduce the average pay gap of workers and staff.
