聚丙烯装置火灾爆炸危险性分析及对策 被引量:5

摘要 聚丙烯生产过程中的火灾爆炸危险性主要取决于聚合工艺本身的危险特点及所用原料的危险性,如丙烯、氢气、催化剂助剂的易燃易爆性,以及聚丙烯粉料的静电积聚与粉尘爆炸的危险性。列举了国内外聚丙烯装置相关事故案例,并以洛阳分公司14万t/a聚丙烯装置为例,从工艺安全、危险原料及产品的危害控制等方面对装置的火灾爆炸危险及预防控制措施进行了论述。 Fire and explosion hazards appeared during the process of polypropylene production are mainly due to the hazardous characteristics of polymerization process including hazards of the raw materials such as the inflammable and explosive propylene,hydrogen and catalyst adjuvant,the accumulation of static electricity of polypropylene-dust and the risk of dust explosion. This paper lists the accident cases related to propylene device at home and abroad. Taking the 14 × 104 t / a polypropylene device of Luoyang Company as example,the paper expatiates on the fire and explosion hazards and preventive and control measures from the aspects of process safety,hazardous raw materials and hazard control of products.
