摘要
储罐基础是保证储罐安全、正常使用的关键环节。因此,储罐基础设计尤为重要。钢制储罐基础计算根据储罐类型不同而有所差别。分析了一般储罐基础环墙和设有内罐储罐基础的计算。结合工程实例,分析了介质重度和罐壁底端传给环墙顶端的线分布荷载标准值gK对储罐环墙厚度的影响。通过研究分析了储罐重量、介质高度、介质重度、环墙高度等因素对环墙厚度的影响,有利于优化设计,降低环墙厚度,节省材料用量。
Tank foundation is a key link to ensure the safety and normal use of storage tank. Therefore,the design of tank foundation is particularly important.The calculation of steel tank foundation varies based on the types of the storage tank. This paper analyzes the calculation of foundations for the general tank and the tank with an inner tank. Combining with engineering example,it analyzes the influence of the density of medium and the line distribution load standard valuegK on the thickness of ring wall. Based on the research,the paper makes an analysis on the effects ofthe weight of tank,the height of medium,the density of medium and the height of the ring wall on the thickness of the ring wall. This is beneficial to optimize the design,decrease the thickness of the ring wall and save material consumption.
