知识产权战略通过加快建设和不断提高知识产权的创造、管理、实施和保护能力,加快建设和不断完善现代知识产权制度,促进经济社会发展。本刊就《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020年〉》实施以来,我国知识产权保护和管理的成效、突破以及领域专家提出的对策建议进行了综合报道。

The strategy of intellectual property rights promote economic and social development by speeding up construction and improve the creation of intellectual property rights, management, implementation and protection ability. This issues focus on implementation of National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan 2006-2020. With the promotion of the Plan, the development of China＇s protection of intellectual property rights, existing problems, countermeasures and suggestions had been comprehensively reported.
