中关村核心区高校成果转化中存在的问题及对策研究

Studies on the Problems and Countermeasures During the Work of Technology Achievement Transformation of Universities in Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park

自2009年国务院和北京市"两个批复"^(★★)以来,中关村核心区紧紧围绕建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心总目标,着力推进科技成果转移转化,为推动核心区创新驱动发展迈上新台阶打下了坚实基础。本文以地方政府和高校为研究对象,借鉴国外先进的成果转化经验,根据国内现状并结合中关村核心区高等学校成果转化的实际,分析存在的一些问题。从政府的角度出发,提出构建有效的激励发展模式,建立长效的对接机制,加快高等院校科研成果转化。^([1])

Since 2009, the State Council and Beijing, “two approved” core area of Zhongguancun tightly around the building overall goal of global influence technological innovation centers, efforts to promote the transfer of scientific and technological achievements transformation, to promote innovation-driven development of the core area to a new level laid a solid foundation. This study utilized the experience of technology achievement transformation （TAT） of developed coun- tries to analyze the problems according to practice of TATs in the universities of Zhongguancun Haidian science park.
