院地合作构筑高新科技创新体——中科院唐山中心的战略发展探索 被引量:1

摘要 科技创新是一个国家经济发展的不竭动力,区域经济的发展更是离不开科技创新。2008年,中科院北京分院与唐山市人民政府联合共建中国科学院唐山高新技术研究与转化中心(以下简称唐山中心),合作构筑高科技创新体,实现了中国科学院在北方重工业城市建设科技支撑服务网络的目标,有力地推动了唐山市科技创新能力建设的发展。作为中科院与唐山市人民政府合作共建的高新科技创新体,唐山中心在中科院成熟科技成果落地转化、解决企业关键技术难题、为企业研发新产品、培育新兴产业、做政府和企业的科技智囊等科技成果转化方面做了一些探索,取得了良好成效,为唐山市科技创新能力的提升做出了实质性贡献。 Technological innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for national economic development, regional economic development is inseparable from technological innovation. In 2008, Beijing Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tangshan Municipal People's Government jointly build the Tangshan Research and Commercialization Center for High-tech, Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the Tangshan center), to build a high-tech innovation cooperation body, to achieve the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the northern industrial city construction technology support services destination network, a strong impetus to the development of scientific and technological innovation capacity in Tangshan City building. As the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Tangshan Municipal People's Government cooperation to build a body of high-tech innovation, Tangshan center with the mature transforming scientific and technological achievements floor of Chinese Academy of Sciences, key technology to solve business problems for companies to develop new products, cultivate new industries, governments and businesses make technology think tank, etc. scientific and technological achievements made some exploration, and achieved good results, to enhance scientific and technological innovation caoacity in Tangshan City to make a substantial contribution.
