摘要
针对济钢1 450 mm单机架UCM轧机轧制成品厚度在0.3 mm以下薄规格SPCC带钢时,成品道次轧制力大,厚度波动大,无法保证轧制到成品目标厚度的情况,本文从轧机控制主要工艺指标入手,通过对轧制工艺规程、乳化液各项性能指标、轧辊控制三方面的优化,对成品道次厚度波动剧烈、轧制力大、无法升速轧制的问题进行分析解决,保证0.3㎜以下薄规格带钢的顺利的生产。
There are some problems in the rolling process of SPCC strip steel below 0.3 mm using 1450mm single-stand UCM mill in Jinan Iron & Steel such as great rolling force and drastic thickness fluctuation of the final pass, because of which the target thickness of the finished product can not be ensured. Starting with the control of the process indexes, this paper analyzed and solved the problems by optimizing the rolling regulations, emulsion performance indexes, and roller control, ensuring smooth production of thin strip steel below 0.3 mm.
