测序技术发展状况及相关专利分析 被引量:8

摘要 基因是生物体的遗传信息载体,其遗传和表达影响生物体的繁衍及各种生命活动。对于人类而言,个体基因组DNA 序列突变往往会导致疾病的发生,获取个体的基因组DNA 信息将有助于疾病的预防、诊断和治疗[1]。正因如此,科学家们奉献了无数心血研究 DNA 或RNA 测序技术,以期解密这些神奇的生命密码。于此同时,基因测序所带来的巨大经济利益也使得更多科研机构和企业积极投身于这项改变世界的事业,企业乃至国家之间的竞争愈演愈烈。
