高职院校与新生代农民工社区教育资源融合的对策研究——基于杭州白杨街道闻潮社区的调研

The Countermeasure Research on Education Resources Integration Between Community and Higher Vocational Colleges for the New Generation of Migrant Workers——Based on the Investigation in Wenchao Community of Baiyang Street in Hangzhou

社区教育和高校培训是新生代农民工继续教育的两大途径。当前高职院校在参与新生代农民工社区教育中取得了一定成绩,但也存在很多的问题。调研以杭州白杨街道闻潮社区为个案,通过调查问卷、电话、访谈等多种方式,对新生代农民工、社区和高职院校工作人员进行相关问题的调研,力求发现高职院校与新生代农民工社区教育资源融合的现状及存在的问题,从而探索高职院校与社区教育资源整合之道,以推动我国新生代农民工继续教育工作的健康发展。

Community education and training in colleges and universities are two ways of continuing education for the new generation of migrant workers. At present, higher vocational colleges have made some achievements on taking part in the community education for the new generation of migrant workers, but questions also exist. The survey on the new generation of migrant workers, community and staff in higher vocational colleges was made in Wenchao Community of Baiyang Street through questionnaires, telephone, interviews, etc. It is aiming to find the present situations and problems of education resources integration between higher vocational colleges and community, explore the way of integration, so as to promote the healthy development of the continuing education work on the new generation of migrant workers in China.
