摘要
介绍配电网10kV电缆不停电作业的主要设备组成、试验标准和主要的作业项目。并以国网厦门供电公司为例说明用10kV电缆不停电作业法检修两环网柜间的电缆的具体应用和实践。指出目前10kV电缆不停电作业法存在的局限性和进一步拓展电缆不停电作业法的方向和意义。
This paper introduces the commonly used major equipment, test standard and major projects of non-service interruption working technology in l OkV cable distribution network. State Grid Xiamen Power Supply Company is taken as the example to illustrate the application and practice of maintenance for the cables between two looped network cabinets using non-service interruption working technology in lOkV cable. This paper also points out that the current limitations and the future direction and meaning of further expand in non-service interruption working technology.
