摘要 针对配电网量测配置薄弱,信息不完整的实际情况,综合利用主配网实时量测数据、配电网变压器准实时数据、营销系统电量数据、历史数据、负荷预测数据、典型负荷特性等多数据源实现了配电网状态补全。通过拓扑分析,对遥测遥信数据预处理,剔除不合理的数据,对可观察性进行分析,实现配电网负荷数据校准和补全,最终实现配电网开关量测补全。可为配电网正常运行和管理提供支持,保证配电管理系统正常发挥作用。 Due to the actual fact of weak measurement configuration and incomplete information in distribution network, the comprehensive utilization of real-time data of the distribution network and the main network, quasi real-time data of distribution transformer, electricity data of marketing system, historical data, load forecasting data, and typical load characteristics are used to realize the distribution network state completion. The research contents include topological analysis, measurement data preprocessing to eliminate the unreasonable data, analysis of observability, load data calibration and complete of distribution network, switch measurement completion of distribution network. It has high practical value for distribution network normal operation and management, ensuring the distribution management system to work as intended.
