首先全面分析了煤炭企业所面临的宏观经济增速从高速增长转为中高速增长、经济结构不断优化升级经济增长从要素驱动、投资驱动转向创新驱动的"新常态",进而从推进煤炭清洁高效利用、发展现代煤化工、煤炭生产业务改造升级、积极开展非煤业务等方面梳理出了当前中国煤炭企业的转型方向。

The economic structure was continuously optimized and up- graded. The economy was increased from a factor driving and investment driving to an innovation driving. The paper first fully analyzed the major conditions of the ＂new normal state＂ faced to the coal enterprises. Then a transformation orientation of China coal enterprises was prepared from the promotion of the clean and high efficient coal utilization, development of the modern coal chemistry, reconstruction and upgrading of the coal production business, active development of the non coal business and other aspects.
