摘要 介绍E200-15 18PR单轨列车水平轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径720mm,断面宽185mm,行驶面宽度136mm,行驶面弧度高9mm,胎圈着合直径387mm,胎圈着合宽度165mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.819 7,胎面采用光面花纹。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,缓冲层采用2层840dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎体采用12层1400dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用半自动压辊包边成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 The design of E200--15 18PR monorail train tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 720 ram, cross-sectional width 185 ram, width of running surface 136 ram,arc height of running surface 9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 387 mm, bead width at rim seat 165 mm, maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0. 819 7,and using smooth tread pattern. In the construction design9 the following processes were taken:two-formula and three-piece extruded tread, 2 layers of 840dtex/2V3 nylon 6 dipped cord for breaker ply,12 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply,using semi-automatic press roll building machine to build tires, and using curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that, the inflated peripheral dimension, physical properties, strength performance, endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements in design and national standard.
