摘要
介绍19.5L-24 14PR R-4无内胎农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 300mm,断面宽500mm,行驶面宽度440mm,行驶面弧度高22mm,胎圈着合直径612mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.849 5,花纹深度27mm,花纹饱和度40%,花纹周节数18。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用6层1870dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用19#回火胎圈钢丝,采用LCX-4B型成型机成型、立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相关标准要求。
The design of 19.5L-24 14PR R-4 tubeless agriculture tire was described. In the struc- ture design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 300 ram,cross-sectional width 500 mm,width of running surface 440 mm,height of running surface 22 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 612 ram,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0. 849 5,pattern depth 27 ram, block/total ratio 40%, and total number of pitches 18. In the construction design, the following processes were taken:using three-formula and four-piece tread,6 layers of 1870dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply, 19# tempered bead wire for bead,and using the LCX-4B building machine to build tires and vertical vulcanizer to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that, the peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of relative standards.
