摘要
现阶段,我国生态友好型农业发展面临多维困境:"石油农业"占据主导地位,生态农业发展的市场机制发育迟缓,生态友好型技术缺乏竞争力,对农户发展生态友好型农业的激励不足。促进我国生态友好型农业健康发展,应完善管理体制和政府规制,加强规划引导和政策支持,创新技术体系和服务方式,健全多方参与的市场机制。
At the present stage, multidimensional predicaments exist in development of eco-friendly agriculture, such as ＂oil agricultural＂ occupying as dominant position, imp.effect market mechanism, eco-friendly-technologies lack of competitiveness and inadequate incentive policy to encourage farmers to develop ecological agriculture. In order to achieve sustainable development of eco-friendly agriculture, the government should improve the management system and strengthen planning guidance and policy support. Technology systems and technology services should be reformed and market mechanisms of multi-participation should be established.
