摘要
文章在梳理技术竞争情报应用于技术创新、技术预见基础上,设计了基于技术竞争情报系统的企业常规性技术预见的工作模型,构建了技术竞争情报系统框架,并逐一探讨了信息采集、信息处理、信息分析和服务等关键模块。
Based on applying competitive technical intelligence to technical innovation and technology foresight, this paper de- signs a regular technology foresight working model of enterprise based on competitive technical intelligence system. The paper con- structs a framework of competitive technical intelligence system, and discusses key modules of information collection, information processing, information analysis and service.
