摘要
在舆情视角下,互联网思维是网民在网络实践中的精神活动。具有平等分享、实时交互、颠覆创新、疾速转换、注重体验、独立表达和联众聚合等丰富内涵,亦在关系理念、文化观念、时空认知、行动意识与心理偏好上,与传统思维形成分野。故在网络舆情表达中,既形成了工具理性与价值理性,利他主义和利己主义,本我从众与超我自省,核心节点与大众长尾交错杂糅的普遍动向,又呈现出青年网络原住民助推,"信息富人"赢者通吃的鲜明趋势。这亟待通过服务化导向、新媒体思维、群众观念、文化引领、法德结合与填平鸿沟加以应对。
From the perspective of the public opinion, the internet thinking is a kind of mental activity of internet users in the practice of the network. It has rich connotation that include equal sharing, real-time interaction, subversive innovation, rapid transformation, paying attention to the experience, independent expression and alliance and polymerization and so on. On the relational idea, cuhural idea, spatial cognition, action awareness and psychological preference, it has also come into being divisions with the traditional thinking. Therefore, the network public opinion expression are both instrumental rationality and value rationality, both altruism and Egoism, both self conformity and the super ego introspection, both general trends of the alternate mix between the core node and the popular long tail and obvious trend of being taken all by the "information rich" in the progress of the youth network aboriginal boost. It needs to be addressed through the service oriented thinking, thinking of new media, the concept of the masses, culture lead, the coordination of legal and moral and filling the gap.
