版本项是书目著录的第二大项目,由于文献版本形式复杂多样,加之不同编目规则之间存有差异,从而导致在版本信息的著录和认识上出现了明显的混乱现象。通过对版本项规定信息源内容差异、信息源优先顺序、优先信息源、版本说明存在差异如何著录、说明性与记录性版本信息如何著录、译著原有版本说明著录等问题的认识与分析,总结出著录版本信息的正确方法:一是辨明版本信息的属性,二是领会信息源的概念,三是搞清版本说明的著录位置。参考文献8。

The edition area is the second item in bibliographical description.Due to complex and diverse forms of document versions,there are differences between different cataloguing rules,which leads to the obvious chaos phenomenon in the version information description and understanding.Through the understanding and analysis of the differences of prescribed source content of edition,information source priority,preferred source,how to describe in different edition statement,how to describe prescriptive and recording version information,and the description of the original version of the translated works,this article sums up the correct method of recording version information:the first is to identify the attribute of version information,the second is to grasp the concept of information source,the third is to clear description position of edition statement.8 refs.
