2型糖尿病患者双下肢动脉内膜增厚与糖化血红蛋白、低密度脂蛋白的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析与探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者双下肢动脉内膜增厚与糖化血红蛋白、低密度脂蛋白的关系。方法选择2012年9月至2013年12月在本科就诊的诊断为T2DM的患者223例,患者按有无双下肢动脉内膜增厚进行分组,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2h BG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后胰岛素(PINS)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、三酰甘油(TG)等指标。结果 2组比较,年龄、FINS、PINS、Hb A1c、LDL、TG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LDL与患者双下肢动脉内膜增厚呈现正相关(r=0.405,P<0.05),Hb A1c与双下肢动脉内膜增厚呈现正相关(r=0.210,P<0.05)。结论 LDL,Hb A1c均与2型糖尿病患者双下肢动脉内膜增厚相关,说明两者在2型糖尿病患者双下肢动脉内膜增厚过程中发挥一定作用。 Objective To analyze the relationship of lower limb arterial intimal thickening with glycated hemoglobin and low-density lipoprotein in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM). Methods 223 cases of T2 DM from September 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were divided into lower extremity disease group and pure T2 DM group.The levels of fasting blood glucose( FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2h BG),fasting insulin( FINS),postprandial insulin( PINS),low-density lipoprotein( LDL) and triacylglycerols( TG) were detected and compared between the two groups. Results Age,FINS,PINS,Hb A1 c,LDL,TG showed significant differences between two groups( P〈0. 05).The levels of LDL and Hb A1 c were positively related with lower extremity arterial intimal thickening( r = 0. 405,0. 210,P〈0. 05). Conclusions LDL,Hb A1 c are associated with lower extremity arterial intimal thickening in the patients with T2 DM.
