摘要
对废热锅炉芯体的国产化制造进行详细介绍,通过分析芯体制造技术的重点和难点,结合该设备的结构和材质特点,从金属加工制造工艺、换热管弯制、热处理、折流圈和折流杆组装工艺、整体管束组装5个方面制定芯体制造技术方案,成功完成该设备的国产化技术攻关及制造。
This essay gives a detailed introduction to the localization of the manufacture of waste heat boiler core. By analyzing the key and difficult points in the technology of core manufacture and combining the structure and material features of the equipment, this essay gives a proposal for core manufacture technology from five aspects, namely, metal processing, heat exchange tube bending, heat treatment, assembly of baffle and baffle rod, and whole bundle assembly. Successfully makes a technical breakthrough in the localization of the equipment as well as its manufacture.
