盐酸川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗股外侧皮神经炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of ligustrazine hydrochloride combined with mecobalamin in treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis

目的探讨盐酸川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年9月—2014年9月哈尔滨理工大学校医院收治的股外侧皮神经炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组口服甲钴胺片,0.5 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上,穴位注射盐酸川芎嗪注射液2 m L,1次/d。两组均连续治疗30 d。观察两组的临床疗效,同时比较两组神经传导速度、疼痛缓解程度、疼痛开始缓解时间、疼痛持续时间。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总显效率分别为70%、90%,两组总显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者疼痛缓解程度明显高于对照组,且治疗组疼痛开始缓解时间、疼痛持续时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患侧大腿神经传导速度均明显提高,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组神经传导速度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗股外侧皮神经炎具有较好的临床疗效,可有效提高神经传导速度,改善临床症状,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine hydrochloride combined with mecobalamin in treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis.Methods Patients （60 cases） with lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis in the School Hospital of Harbin University of Science and Technology from September 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. The patients in the control group werepo administered with Mecobalamin Tablets, 0.5 mg/time, three times daily. The patients in the treatment group were given acupoint injection 2 mL of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection, once daily, and other treatment was the same as the control group. Two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and nerve conduction velocity, degree of pain relief, and time of pain began to ease, pain duration time in two groups were compared.ResultsThe significant efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 70% and 90%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups （P＆lt; 0.05）. After treatment, the degree of pain relief in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group, while time of pain began to ease, pain duration time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups （P＆lt; 0.05）. After treatment, the lateral thigh nerve conduction velocity in two groups was significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P ＆lt; 0.05）. The nerve conduction velocity in treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups （P＆lt; 0.05）.ConclusionLigustrazine hydrochloride combined with mecobalamin has the good clinical effect in treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis, and can effectively increase the ipsilateral nerve conduction velocity, while can improve the clinical symptoms with no adverse reaction, which is worth clinical promotion.
