IC ideas-based construction of learning and examination resources center in academic library

阐述了图书馆学习考试资源中心的内涵和定位,提出了在图书馆建设中引入IC理念和模式完善读者服务体系,指出了学习考试资源中心的构建应遵循特色、协同、共享、发展的原则,通过整合资源建设特色数据库、搭建交流平台、加强馆员队伍素质等措施,充分发挥图书馆资源、空间、人力的最大功能,开创共同学习、创新服务的新模式。

The connotation and position of learning and examination resources center in library were elaborated. How to perfect the service system for readers was proposed by introducing the IC ideas and model into library con-struction.The characteristic, cooperative, sharing and developmental principles were pointed out, which should be followed in construction of the learning and examination resources center.The new model for learning together and innovative service should be established by integrating the characteristic databases ,constructing communication plat-forms,strengthening librarian literacy,and bringing the functions of library resources,spaces and manpower into full play.
