摘要
通常脉搏传导时间PTT(pulse transit time)可以作为衡量动脉将硬度的指标,而且它现在也可以被用作估计血压的一种方式[1]。利用Matlab软件分析Physio Net数据库随机5个患者连续一个小时数据进行分析,研究连续有创收缩压同PTT的关系。经过数据的分析,PTT和收缩压有很好的线性相关性,可以作为血压测量的一种方法。利用均值优化法可以增加测量的准确度,选择脉搏波波谷作为特征点的PTT和收缩压有更好的相关性。
Typically pulse transit time (PTT) can be used as a measure of the arterial stiffness index, and it can now also be used as a way to assess blood pressure. Using Matlab software database analyze PhysioNet five random patients consecutive one hour data, research continuous invasive systolic relationship with the PTT. After analyzing the data, PTT and systolic blood pressure has a good linear correlation can be used as a method of blood pressure measurement. Mean optimization method can increase the use of measurement accuracy, choose the pulse wave valley as feature points of PTT and systolic blood pressure have a better correlation.
