DynaCT Cardiac技术在三维旋转左心房成像实时三维重建中的应用

Utility of DynaCT cardiac technique in three-dimensional rotational angiogram of left atrium during ablation of atrial fibrillation

目的探讨Artis zeego Card血管机DynaCT Cardiac技术在房颤射频消融术中三维旋转左心房造影实时三维重建左心房中的临床应用。方法 62例房颤行射频消融患者,导管室内消融术中行三维旋转左心房造影实时三维重建左心房,将实时心脏透视与一键切割分离出的三维左心房实时叠加并引导消融导管定位。结果所有患者均顺利完成三维旋转左心房造影实时三维重建,无不良反应发生。获得患者当前左心房解剖细节叠加融合在透视影像中,利于导向术中消融导管的精确定位。结论 DynaCT Cardiac技术在三维旋转左心房造影实时三维重建中是安全、有效的,此项技术展示出良好的实用性和临床应用前景。

Objective To study the utility of DynaCT cardiac technique of Artis zeego card digital subtraction an‐giography in rotational angiogram and three‐dimensional model reconstruction of left atrium during atrial fibrillation （AF） ablation .Method Sixty‐two patients undergoing AF ablation were included in this study .Reconstructing three‐dimensional rotational angiogram （3DRA） of left atrium were performed in all the patients .The 3D model of left a‐trium was reconstructed and registered with the live fluoroscopy synchronously .In the navigation of the registered 3DRA and CARTO system ,the ablation of AF was performed .Result The 3DRA and 3D model reconstruction of left atrium were performed successfully in all patients and registered with the live fluoroscopy ,which was benefited to AF ablation .No adverse reaction occurred during the procedure .Conclusion DynaCT cardiac technique is safe and effective applying to the 3DRA and 3D model reconstruction of left atrium during ablation of AF ablation .The tech‐nology show s good practicability and clinical application prospects .
