上尿路腔内碎石术后并发尿脓毒血症预防及处理方法的研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 尿石症是泌尿外科常见病及多发病。随着泌尿外科腔内技术的飞跃发展,90%以上的上尿路结石可采用输尿管镜（UL）或经皮肾镜（PCNL）进行手术治疗[1],腔内碎石术与传统开放手术比较,具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快等优点,但腔内碎石术术后并发的尿源性脓毒血症并不少见[2]。据文献[3-4]报道,腔内碎石术后发生全身炎症反应综合征（systemic inflammatory response syndrome,
