股四头肌肌力训练在髌股疼痛综合征康复治疗中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 髌股疼痛综合征(PFPS)是指膝关节前部的疼痛,包括髌骨及其支持带,不包括关节内和髌骨周围的其它病理原因引起的疼痛[1]。其发病机制与髌周肌力不均衡,导致膝关节屈伸时与髌周运行轨迹不良有关。髌股关节应力增大、劳损和外伤,股四头肌弹性减退,髌周活动度受限,髌骨外侧支持带挛缩等均是重要的病因[2]。临床上常用治疗方法为非手术治疗和手术治疗两大类,PFPS患者在经过长期系统康复治疗后,
