Reduced the natural gas consumption and hydrogen consumption during the production of the bell-type furnace by some practices after contrasted with the better factory. Introduced the reducing natural gas consumption methods by the equality test of temperature,heating efficiency and installed thermal coils,described the process of explanting hydrogen protection technics. At last, it showed the complexly influential factors from average weight per furnace and maintenance of equipments.
