Classification and epidemidogical study of pulmonary hypertension in children

肺高压是儿童时期并不少见的一组疑难疾病。最新出版的Nice标准对儿童肺高压有了许多新的认识。本文从肺高压的概念、临床分类和流行病学方面对其研究现状进行阐述,以期增强临床儿科医生对于该病的了解和认识。

Pulmonary hypertension （PH）, a group of stubborn disease, is not rare in newborns, infants, and children. It is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. The updated Nice classification for PH has been enhanced. We emphasize its concept, clinical classification and epidemiology from evidence- based studies to review more experiences for pediatric clinics.
