摘要
儿童肺高压(PH)的诊断和评估是一个系统和复杂的过程,不仅需要早期发现可疑的PH患者,及时明确PH的诊断;而且需要积极寻找引起PH的潜在病因,进行正确的临床分类;同时还需要对患者病情的严重程度和预后进行评估,制定个体化的治疗方案。本文对儿童PH的诊断策略和思路进行概述。
The diagnostic evaluation of pulmonary hyperten- sion （PH） in children requires a series of investigations that are intended to detect and confirm the presence of PH, to de- termine the underlying etiologies and characterize the type of PH, to assess disease severity and prognosis, and to formulate an individualized treatment plan. This article will provide a re- view of the diagnostic work-up of pulmonary hypertension in children.
