摘要
当前,新能源汽车尤其是电动汽车的发展是一项国家战略,也是汽车产业转型升级和跨越发展的战略支柱。自主创新能力是产业政策的核心议题,而特斯拉的开源为中国电动汽车业实现自主创新带来了重要的战略机遇。对中国电动汽车产业而言,一方面应充分消化吸收特斯拉开源提供的全球先进技术;另一方面应以特斯拉开源为契机,积极引入开源机制,适时建立导向开放协作、平等竞争和自主创新的开源战略,跻身世界电动汽车产业强国。
The development of new energy vehicles, especially electric vehicles, has been identified as a nation- al strategy of China, and also as a key to the transformation and upgrading and leapfrog development of the vehi- cle manufacturing industry. With innovation capacity as the central element of the industrial policy, Tesla＇s open source policy provides momentous opportunities for the development of China＇s electric vehicle industry. To fully utilize the opportunities, the industry shall not only absorb the most advanced technologies worldwide via Tesla＇s open source policy, but also embrace an open source mechanism, proaetively developing an open source development strategy that is grounded on collaboration, competition on an equal footing and innovation, with the goal of becoming a global leader in the electric vehicle industry.
