对急性肾损伤早期诊治的新认识 被引量：8

摘要 肾脏是调节机体平衡,维护内环境稳定的重要器官.当肾功能急性损伤后,肾脏调节功能障碍,患者可出现各种临床症状,严重者甚至危及生命.据不完全统计,对肾脏功能损伤的定义多达30余种,包括急性肾小管坏死（acute tubular necrosis,ATN）,急性肾衰竭（acute renal failure,ARF）和急性肾脏病（acute kidney disease,AKD）等多种常见命名[1].基于对早期诊断、及时干预的认识,目前以急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury,AKI）这一定义最为常用.近年来,对于急性肾脏病的一系列综合征,Kellum等学者进一步建议使用急性肾损伤的全新理念-肾脏病发作（kidney attack,KA）定义[2].
