武器装备建设是国家综合国力的集中体现和重要标志。通过回顾新中国武器装备体制的创建、调整、改革与转型,以及现代化体制的确立,总结了60多年来中国武器装备建设的历史经验和基本规律。中国武器装备体制发展必须从国情和实际出发,走独立自主、自力更生的中国特色武器装备建设道路。

Development of weapons and equipment is an important indicator of overall national strength. This paper reviews the initiation, adjustment, reform and establishment of a modem system of weapons, summarizes 60 years of historical experience and the basic laws of China＇s weapons and equipment development. Chinese weaponry system development must proceed from the actual situation of our country and lead an independent and self-reliant way of developing weapons and equipment.
