在经历了伊拉克战争、阿富汗战争在跨文化交流上的一系列失败教训之后,美军开始采取一系列措施,包括着眼文化差异开展跨文化教育,依靠技术优势打造跨文化信息手段支持,着眼能力需求开展跨文化适应性训练等,加强其美军跨文化适应能力建设,从而更有效地完成任务。

After the failures in cross-cultural communication in wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the US military began to take a series of measures, including the focus on cultural differences in a series of cross-cultural communication, actively carrying out cross-cultural education, making full use of technological advantage, building cross-cultural information tools support, conducting cross-cultural adaptation training for the capacity needs, so as to strengthen its military cross-cultural adaptation capacity and accomplish the task more effectively.
